We have used Shaun and his team a number of times now, and they are always great, We’ve had (a lot of) stairs, doors, windows and a conservatory from them over the years for various jobs / customers of ours and for myself. We cant fault their work, always competitive, and quality products and workmanship. We would highly recommend them. Thanks very much Shaun, Sue and the rest of the team.

Excellent service and quality craftsmanship from start to finish at a very competitive price My wife and I wanted to update and improve our outdated stairs. From first contact with Sue in the office, we were impressed by the personable and professional response. Shaun attended as arranged to inspect and to quote and his positive and helpful approach was both informative and reassuring. The quote followed within 24 hours and was more than competitive. The work was carried out by Shaun and Dan and they arrived on time, worked very hard, but with care and attention to detail and were a pleasure to have in the house. They returned after 2 weeks to fit the glass and to make some small adjustments that we had requested in that period. All done willingly and with a smile. There was an issue with the glass provided, not of their making, which was resolved without any fuss nor argument. George attended with Dan for the final fit and he maintained the same high standards.
We are delighted with the finished article and the quality of the product, the work and the service. Our stairs are as we envisaged and Shaun’s input was crucial at achieving that.
Thoroughly recommended and a big thank you to the whole team.

Wonderful Service. Thank you

There is no better way to describe Shaun Radford’s crafsmanship but outstanding. He has made and installed a beautiful staircase which has transformed this little, dark cottage into a light, bright and elegant space. The attention he has given to the detail of the project has been observed and commented upon by my visitors.

So pleased with our refurbished staircase, will definitely be recommending you, thank you.

Really amazing staff, so helpful!!! Thank you for everything 😊

High standard Radfords replaced wooden casement windows in my listed building, which needed to be made to exactly match the existing windows due to planning permission requirements, and had to include the original stained glass. I had to wait a while for them to be fitted, but the windows were installed in a day during lockdown, and Shaun & Ben were highly professional and left everything super clean and tidy. I’m really pleased with the finished windows – they look much better than the originals! I would recommend Radfords to others.

Highly Recommended Shaun and Dan were highly professional and we were impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship when upgrading our staircase. We discussed our requirements at an initial meeting and the completed work exceeded our expectations. We were also impressed with their overall efficiency on finishing the work within the time scale. On completion our house was left spotlessly clean. We have no hesitation in recommending Radford Joinery Ltd.
